2Game Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

2Game Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions govern the rights for participation in the 2Game Affiliate Program.

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all Affiliates signed to any of 2Game's programs on the Tapfiliate platform.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in the affiliate program, the applicant must submit an affiliate application. The application can be submitted by completing the form at https://gamecenturydigital.tapfiliate.com/.

Applications are processed every business day and applicants will be notified of their acceptance status as soon as possible after their information is reviewed.

3. Referral Link

Once accepted, the Affiliate will be issued a unique URL which will allow the Affiliate to be paid for affiliate referrals.

The Affiliate always has the option to change his/her referral link by signing in the Tapfiliate platform, clicking on ‘assets’ in the left hand menu and navigating to ‘advanced’ in the upper right corner. This is advised for anyone who wishes that their real name is not displayed in their referral link.

4. Coupon Code

The Affiliate can be issued a special coupon code which will be unique and will allow the Affiliate to be paid for affiliate referrals.

This coupon code will allow Affiliate's users a 5% discount on all products sitewide. The coupon code has no limitations and can be used on top of already discounted products. The coupon code cannot be combined with any other coupon codes found on the internet.

5. Commissions

The Affiliate will receive a 5% commission percentage of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through properly coded referral links and/or coupon codes. Commissions are issued on a monthly basis with a minimum amount of 30 USD. If this amount is not reached in one month, the commissions will keep adding up each month until the Affiliate reaches the minimum threshold.

In the case of a customer using one Affiliate's referral link and another Affiliate's coupon code, the commission will be attributed to the Affiliate whose coupon code has been used.

Example: New customer comes in through Affiliate A but uses the coupon code linked to Affiliate B. Affiliate B will be awarded with the commission.

For a sale to generate a commission to the Affiliate, the customer must complete the order and remit full payment for the product ordered through the secure order system. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured referral links and/or use coupon code. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate.

Commissions will not be generated on orders made by the Affiliate using his/her own referral link or coupon code, as well as on orders that have been refunded or cancelled.

Commissions are approved automatically on a rolling two day basis.

6. Payment

2Game pays Affiliates via a PayPal account, provided on the Tapfiliate platform when a member joins. If the PayPal email changes, it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to notify the Affiliate Program to ensure proper commission payments. Payments are processed and sent between the 7th and 15th date of the ongoing month for the prior month's payment.

7. Order Fulfillment

2Game will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer via affiliate links or affiliate codes. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payments or sell any 2Game products from other websites as a "reseller" and no "resale" rights are granted in any way.

Customers who purchase products and services through the 2Game Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of 2Game. Accordingly, all rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers.

8. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon approval of application and will end when terminated by either party. Either 2Game or the Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, all licenses granted hereunder shall immediately terminate and you will immediately cease use of, and remove all links to the 2Game websites, and all 2Game trademarks and logos, other 2Game marks and all other materials provided in connection with this program.

2Game reserves the right to terminate Affiliate status if determined that Affiliate's content is unsuitable for its Program, including if it:

· Promotes sexually explicit material

· Promotes violence

· Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age

· Promotes illegal activities

· Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law

· Includes "Merchant" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name

· Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.

· Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.

· Contains re-seller material

· Is affiliated with another website which doesn't comply with 2Game's ethic views

9. Permitted Usage

Affiliates are permitted to use 2Game's logo, graphical banners and design resources provided by the affiliate manager. If a specific banner is needed, the affiliate may contact the affiliate manager at ena@2game.com and request the new graphic.

10. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliates have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Affiliates will not make any statement, whether on their sites or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement.

11. Limitation of Liability

2Game will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, expenditures or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate over one month period preceding the date of occurence under to this Agreement.

12. Miscellaneous

All confidential information, including, but not limited to, any business, technical, financial, and customer information, disclosed by one party to the other during negotiation or the effective term of this Agreement which is marked "Confidential," will remain the sole property of the disclosing party, and each party will keep in confidence and not use or disclose such proprietary information of the other party without express written permission of the disclosing party.

2Game may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to the Affiliate, the only recourse is to terminate this agreement. If the Affiliate continues participation in the program, it will be considered as acceptance of the change.

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are determined by a court to be unenforceable, they shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By signing up with the 2Game Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
